A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
Customer must pay return shipping.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Special ordered items are non-returnable.
Parts must be re-saleable and in the original packaging.
All shipping charges are final and non-refundable.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical or fuel parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. These parts will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Core returns must be original BMW parts, and must also be returned in the same packaging they were given in the same condition or there will not be a refund on the core.
Painted parts are non-returnable. It is the customer responsibility to check fitment before painting.
Parts coded by VIN are non returnable(modules, door handles, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
